- What do I do if I have a job vacancy?
- Give us a call! Or register your job vacancy on our client page of the website. One of our temporary or permanent consultants will be happy to discuss the job with you and help you with rates/salary.
- Which areas do you cover?
- We cover a 5-10 mile radius of Weybridge. We have clients based in Weybridge, Chertsey, Walton-on-Thames, Byfleet, Addlestone, Woking, Esher, Guildford, Cobham and Leatherhead.
- Do you supply temporary and permanent staff?
- Yes, we supply temporary, contract and permanent staff. Our minimum booking charge is for 4 hours.
- How do you screen your candidates?
- All our candidates are skills tested on Microsoft Office packages. We also interview all candidates in our office and check for identification and references.
- Where do you source your candidates?
- We have a wide variety of candidate attraction. We use A-Boards outside of our office, local advertising in Weybridge and surrounding areas, web-based job sites and of course many of our candidates are recommended to us.
- What type of positions do you deal with?
- We cover temporary and permanent roles in all aspects of Office work: Administration, Secretarial, PA, Customer Service, HR, Sales, Marketing, Middle Management and Accounts.
- What happens if your permanent placement proves unsuccessful?
- As we aim to to match the right candidate to the role, this is a very rare occurence. However, should they be unsuccesful, we have a rebate structure in place for our clients.
- Why use March Recruitment over any other recruitment agency?
- We pride ourselves on taking the time to match the right candidate to the right job. We meet with every candidate and carry out IT tests so we can be assured that their skills match the requirement. We also have a fantastic knowledge of the local job market, having been established in Weybridge for almost 30 years.
- Do you have rooms available at your office to carry out interviews?
- We have an interview room at our office in Weybridge which our clients are welcome to use.
- I wish to keep my company Confidential from Prospective Candidates – Is that Possible?
- Yes. We usually inform Candidates of where their CV is being sent, but if you would prefer this to be kept Confidential then please inform us when placing the job with us.
- Is there a Fee involved just for you to search for suitable Candidates?
- No, a fee is only payable to the Agency when you engage a Candidate.
- Where is your Office?
- Our Office is based on Weybridge High Street, on the corner between Waitrose and the Ship Hotel.
